DBT group is a six month group that is the most effective way to learn new lifestyle skills quickly, effectively, and with nonjudgmental support of others experiencing many of the same roadblocks. It's not a quick fix- it is designed to make lasting changes. You will learn:

How to notice and express your emotions to yourself and others
How to cope with intense and overwhelming emotions
When and how to honor and express valid emotions.
How to stop negative thought spiraling that lead to problem behaviors
How to build worthwhile and long lasting relationships
How to get away from rigid, black and white thinking
